Consumer Critique: Kitchenability

Do you know a college student or an inept cook that needs a little inspiration for ways to create fast, easy, healthy, affordable meals in the kitchen? Kitchenability 101 could be a good solution. The most helpful section for novice cooks will be the first chapter, helping new cooks learn their way around the kitchen. The recipes are marked to indicate which ones require an apartment (and full kitchen) or would work in a dorm (especially since most dorms have a mini-fridge and microwave, and often a shared kitchen).

For someone who's a little more experienced, this book will be incredibly basic, although I still did pull out a few new ideas. The brief intros to the recipes are fun to read as well. It would make a great graduation gift for someone who is out on their own for the first time.
