Giveaway: Nectresse Natural No Calorie Sweetener

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

There are a lot of no-calorie sweeteners out there. Some claim to be natural, but really aren't, due to the chemical process that makes them no-calorie. And some have been found to be harmful. So it's nice to have natural alternatives that are simply extracts of naturally sweet plants. One newer alternative is Nectresse™. Nectresse™ can be used in recipes or to sweeten beverages. It's made from the extract of monk fruit, which is 150 times sweeter than regular sugar, so a little goes a long way.
I had a chance to try some out, and I really couldn't taste the difference between using Nectresse™ or other sugar, once I got used to how much to use (only 1/4 t for each 1 t of regular sugar). And I didn't try it in baked goods that require a lot of sugar, just in potato salad and beverages where I normally add just a dash.
You can try some for yourself. On the website, you'll find more information about the sweetener, as well as recipes, and a coupon and free sample. You can also try to win a chance to get some by leaving a comment by June 4th with the food you'd most like to try Nectresse™ in. US only, please.
