By now most people have heard of superfoods - foods that have extremely high concentrations of healthy nutrients. Linwoods wants to make it easy for everyone to have the benefits of these superfoods, even if they aren't able to often eat as healthy as they should. They have several benefits to help keep you fit, healthy, and smart by providing dietary fiber, protein, polyunsaturated fat, and omega-3 fatty acids, all of which are associated with health benefits including healthy body weight and blood sugar levels, cholesterol, healthy hearts, and brain activity.
They're easy to use, too. They can be put in smoothies or over yogurt or oatmeal. The website has tons of healthy recipes and suggestions for use. I tried them in smoothies and on oatmeal. I couldn't tell they were in smoothies; with oatmeal they just added a little bit of texture. I love that they're GMO-free. They come in several varieties: organic flaxseed, flaxseed/almond/brazil nut/walnut/CoQ10, flax/sunflower/pumpkin/sesame/Goji berry, flaxseed/cocoa/strawberry/blueberry, flaxseed/Goji berry, and organic hemp.
