Consumer Critique: Safest Choice Eggs

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

I love cookie dough. Which means I'm risking salmonella every time I eat it since the eggs aren't cooked yet. Safe Eggs eliminates the risk of salmonella using a gentle water-bath pasteurization process. They are hormone and antibiotic free, and Kosher certified. I got to try some, and they worked in recipes just like regular eggs. They're widely available at a variety of stores including 7-Eleven, Roundy's, Safeway, and Whole Foods. You can also print a coupon for 75 cents off your next purchase (two prints per person).
