Simply add 12 ounces of your favorite liquid for moisture, load it up with your choice of ingredients—from surf to turf, layered above your favorite vegetables—and add your family’s favorite seasonings. Then, just lock down the top, and cook it on the stovetop over medium heat. Italian Chicken
4 to 6 skinless chicken breast
1 lb. of red skin potatoes cut into pieces
1 large onion cut into pieces
3 celery stalks cut into pieces
8 oz. of Italian dressing
4 oz. of water
1/2 stick of butter
CanCooker Butter Garlic Seasoning
Spray CanCooker with Pam, insert racks. Layer potatoes, onion and celery, and add the chicken on top. Pour in liquids, and sprinkle some CanCooker Butter Garlic seasoning on top. Close lid and put on medium heat. When it starts steaming, cook for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove from heat source and let stand for 10 minutes. Carefully remove lid, and serve. If desired, shake some parsley flakes on top before serving.
