Mindfulness is a term thrown around these days, often without understanding what it really means. In Mindfulness Workbook for Dummies you'll get a clear definition of this meditation technique that enables greater attention to the present without judgment, as well as a wealth of guided exercises to help move you along on your mindfulness journey. The author has previously written a book called Mindfulness for Dummies, which goes through the definition, uses, techniques, and routines. This one goes much more in-depth into the routines and exercises. Both come with audio CDs to provide guided meditation. The Workbook is easy to use. Some of the exercises might seem a little cheesy, but they're all pretty easy to do. It doesn't take a great deal of time, and it can really help you focus and appreciate what's around you more.
