Mealtime Magic: Get Your Greens

Tropical Baby Kale Smoothie
Blend 1 1/2 c organicgirl baby kale, 1/2 c orange juice, and 1 c frozen mangoes to desired consistency.

Baby Kale and Cranberry Sauté
Heat 2T olive oil over medium heat. Add 6 cloves garlic, minced, a pinch of red pepper flakes, 1 c walnuts, 1 c dried cranberries. Cook, stirring until garlic is fragrant but colorless. Add 3 c organicgirl 100% baby kale and sauté for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 t smoked paprika, season with salt and pepper to taste will mixing in with greens. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the top.

Strawberry, Banana, & Baby Kale Muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Puree 3 ripe bananas, 2 c organicgirl baby kale and 8 strawberries. Combine 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour, 3/4 c sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 c oil, 1 t baking soda, 1 t cinnamon, 1/8 t salt. Add puree and mix well. Fill muffin cups and bake 20-30 minutes.
