Mealtime Magic: Grilled Corn

Corn is an extremely versatile veggie. Its flavor blends in well with many tips of dishes, savory and sweet (like cornbread). You can also grill it right in the husk (soak for 10 minutes first to prevent scorching). Then, be creative with toppings. Put shredded cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning on the top. Or go italian with bruschetta and mozzarella. You can even so a loaded potato variation with sour cream, green onions, and crumbled bacon. The possibilities are endless!
