Mealtime Magic: Hash Brown Variations

Does your family like hash browns? You can add some mix-ins for even more flavor (and a little extra nutrition too). Try mixing in fresh herbs, spices like parsley or pepper, shredded sweet potatoes, diced onions, diced peppers, finely chopped broccoli, taco seasoning, chili powder, or whatever you feel like adding. Instead of just topping with ketchup, top with sour cream, cheese, or salsa
