Mealtime Magic: Gluten Free Granola Recipes

Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

I recently had a chance to sample Bob's Red Mill gluten-free granola. It's great tasting and comes in several flavors, and it's an excellent option for us to have around when my daughter's GF friends come over. My daughters don't like plain granola, but we've used it in several recipes to make snacks and desserts they've loved.

For the 4th of July, we made a simple parfait blend with the granola, blueberries and strawberries, and vanilla yogurt. It was a hit!

You can also use it as the topping for fruit crisp or baked apples.

Mix with honey, nut butter, and dried fruit or chocolate chips for easy granola bars.

Spread nut butter on a banana, roll in granola, and enjoy (my daughter's favorite).

I love the quality and taste of Bob's Red Mill products (they have a wide variety of GF and non-GF items) and loved being part of the Mom's Meet sampling program!
