Are you looking for games to get your kids moving without getting them too hot? You could turn on a sprinkler, but if you're on watering restrictions or don't want to saturate damp ground, you have other options instead. Try one of these games.
- Give each kit a full and empty bucket of water and a sponge. See who can transfer water from one to the other with the sponge the fastest - or without losing any water.
- Give kids a bucket of water and clean paintbrushes. Let them paint the deck, the driveway, or each other!
- Freeze a damp towel and use it for limbo. Kids won't mind if they lose, since the towel will be cool.
