A Lifelong Love  by author Gary Thomas takes a deep look at the purpose of marriage. Instead of just being a book that focuses on staying together - which is important - this book looks at what it really means to have a spiritual purpose to your marriage. It was an excellent book to read with my husband. We have a solid marriage, but this book still was a good reminder for us that we need to go even deeper in the relationship we have with each other and with God.
