Recently, Figo launched the Figo Pet Cloud which is a paperless tool that allows users to upload and share important information about their pets including vital records, certificates, vaccination reminders, photos, videos and more. With the simple push of a button, members can easily upload veterinary bills from any device and get paid electronically instead of having to wait weeks for a mailed check. Additionally, the Pet Cloud will send text, email, and push notifications to owners reminding them of upcoming shots and appointments.

A number of unique location-based features also help the Figo Pet Cloud stand out. The Cloud’s Near Me feature allows owners to see nearby pet-related businesses and points of interest, including dog parks, day care services, groomers, dog walkers, pet friendly hotels, and more, simply by entering a zip code or using a smartphone’s location finder features.

After signing up for Figo, pet parents receive a Figo Pet Tag with a unique ID that can be affixed to a pet’s existing collar. With that number, owners can create an online “pet profile” with important information about their dog or cat. In the event a pet is lost while wearing the Figo Pet Tag, which contains a GPS tracking device, instructions are provided on the back for anyone who finds the animal. From there they can view the pet profile and easily contact the owners by logging onto the Figo website. Once submitted, group text messages are sent to the pet’s entire family so they can be reunited.
