I had a chance to read it, and at first I thought it was going to be odd to read a book targeted to men. Honestly, though, it was still worth reading - and it had a spot in each chapter for women. I appreciated the tangible examples of obstacles, as well as practical tips for improvement. It's an easy read, one that speaks directly to men, and is able to be adapted to whatever stage men are currently in.
