Consumer Critique: Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Relief Spray

It's hard to travel with a congested nose. A flight can be tough on your sinuses with dry air, low humidity, pressure changes, and increased bacteria in stagnant air. It's even worse if you already have a cold. Sometimes cold medicine works, but there's a limit to how much you can take - and some people prefer drug-free options.

I was recently sent a sample of Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Releif Spray, which can be used before, during, and after a flight to clear the nasal passages and deliver much needed moisture.  This non-addictive formula comes in a travel-size and can be used alone or with a cold or allergy medicine.

It does take some getting used to, to spray saline into your nose (I sneezed the first few times I did). However, it does add moisture and help soothe dry, irritated nasal passages.

Simply Saline can be found at a variety of stores, including Target, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Home Depot, Ace, Lowe's, and many grocery stores.
