Being stopped up can have you down in the ‘dumps’. Try chia pudding for breakfast or a snack. It’s a great natural way to relieve constipation naturally. Here’s her yummy recipe for Coconut Chia Pudding to help you get everything moving.
Coconut Chia Pudding

Yields: 4 Servings
               
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
 
Directions:
Place chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Allow mixture to sit out at room temperature to allow chia seeds to bloom. Place mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate. Serve well chilled.
