Fun Freetime: Summer of Lemonade Tour

Two-time Grammy nominee Justin Roberts announces his 'Summer of Lemonade' tour, which includes all-ages library and festival performances at various venues around Chicagoland, plus shows in Minnesota, Ohio, and California. Roberts kicked off his summer tour with his Not Ready for Naptime Players at Chicago's Printer's Row Lit Fest on June 10, where he also read from his new picture book, The Great Henry Hopendower.

Justin Roberts is known for his smart lyrics and sophisticated pop-rock music. Lemonade is an unplugged collection of original tunes, featuring guest performances by Robbie Fulkes and several other Chicago musical luminaries. Critical response has been completely positive: Paste magazine calls Lemonade "a gem," and NoDepression says Roberts' songwriting is "inventive and inspired." LA Parent magazine recommends it as "excellent," Parents' Choice Foundation gave it a top Gold Award, and School Library Journal chose it as one of the top 10 family music albums of the year.
