It was a little bit of a different feel, since it's lotion based with a soft foam applicator - but it worked. It's gentle - my husband has sensitive skin and it didn't bother him at all. It has a pleasant eucalyptus scent due to the natural eucalyptus oil, and the light scent is suitable for men or women.
