Consumer Critique: Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

I had a chance to try a new product that I didn't really know what to expect - Ginger Beer syrup from Pickett’s American Craft. This syrup comes in a small bottle that contains enough concentrate for a lot of Ginger Beer, as well as some ideas for ways to use it besides drinking it. There are a variety of cocktails that work well, but it can also be added to marinades and glazes. Their website has a lot of recipes if you want to feature the ginger beer flavor in main courses (or come up with more creative beverages).

Based on the original syrup and its popularity, and to pay homage to one of the founders, they want to create Ready-to-Drink Ginger Beer. Both the ready-to-drink and the syrup have a unique blend of premium, all-natural ingredients.

Right now they're concentrated in certain markets - NY and surrounding states, Chicago, Cleveland, and California. They're also willing to ship anywhere - and if you like quality ginger beer, it's worth it. You can also visit certain establishments and try it out first (although your choice may be limited based on where you are). Check out their locator for buying options.
