Consumer Critique: Transitional Swaddle Sack

For parents who snugly swaddle their youngest children, it might be hard for their babies to adjust to the difference of a snug swaddle and a loose blanket. I had a chance to review the Transitional Swaddle Sack by SwaddleDesigns. This is designed to bridge the gap between classic snug swaddling and a wearable blanket.

It was created by Lynette Damir, RN. It has a snug body to keep the snug and cozy feeling, but it leaves the arms free for mobility. The fold-over mitten cuffs are great to keep hands warm, and also to prevent scratching (my kids scratched themselves sometimes at night, so this helped). They're cute, too, and come in a variety of designs.
