Online retailer Zulily launched a new program to bring unprecedented transparency to online shopping.
- Called Best Price Promise, Zulily’s new program gives shoppers the ability to quickly compare prices on identical products against two retailers historically associated with having the lowest prices: Amazon and Walmart.
- That means within the Zulily app, shoppers will see the Amazon or Walmart price – next to Zulily’s more competitive price. In actuality, Zulily data shows that on identical products, Zulily’s prices are more competitive than Amazon + Walmart 97% of the time.

The program launches just in time for the holiday season, in which shoppers are predicted to spend a trillion dollars on holiday shopping in the U.S. alone (eMarketer).
