Mealtime Magic: Grapefruit Cocktails with Pink ICE

February is National Grapefruit Month. Did you know that half a medium sized grapefruit has only 60 calories and contains 100% of your daily Vitamin A and C? These vitamins help boost the immune system during the winter months when colds and flu are at their peak. Pink and Red grapefruit also contain Lycopene, a powerful antioxidant, which may help prevent certain types of cancer, heart disease and stroke.

Below are some delicious and easy cocktail recipes featuring Pink Grapefruit Sparkling ICE; a zero calorie naturally flavored sparkling water with vitamins and healthy antioxidants.
