Consumer Critique: Nodpod Sleep Mask

There's some buzz surrounding weighted products. Originally designed for people with specific conditions such as sensory disorders, they're starting to become more mainstream. I had a chance to review nodpod, a weight sleep mask. It uses the idea of pressure distributed throughout the sleep mask to help provide deeper sleep.

The pods are weight with microbeads which provide a pleasing feel. It doesn't use Velcro or straps, so there is no discomfort - just even pressure. If you shift around or want to sleep in a position besides on your back, the pull-through slit works pretty well. The two sides feel different too, and are designed for cooling or coziness.

These are great for our trip. They block light well, they're comfortable, and they're easy to wash. You can find them in six different colors, which makes it easy for everyone in the family to have their own.
