I recently had a chance to review the book Napkin Finance: Build Your Wealth in 30 Seconds or Less. This book is designed to break down financial literacy into snippets that can be explained in the space of a paper napkin.
While at Harvard Business School, Tina Hay developed a visual learning tactic that uses sketches and infographics to help her understand what she was studying. She took this strategy and founded Napkin Finance, built on the idea of taking concepts that may seem overwhelming and breaking them down into digestible explanations.
The book contains a wide range of topics, including credit scores, debt, economics, and even newer topics like blockchain. It's a great book for anyone who wants to learn more about finances but doesn't know where to start.
