Morning Detox Drink
· 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
· 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
· 1 cube Dorot Gardens New! Turmeric
· 1 cube Dorot Gardens Ginger
· 1 cup hot or warm water
· 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey, or more to taste (optional, to sweeten)
· pinch of cayenne pepper powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with hot water, stir and enjoy.
Golden Turmeric Latte
- 1/2 cup (120ml) of an unsweetened milk or milk alternative of your choice
- 1 cube Dorot Gardens New! Turmeric
- 1 cube Dorot Gardens Ginger
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Simply mix all ingredients in a small saucepan or pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Strain the drink through a fine strainer into mugs and top with a pinch of cinnamon.
Ginger Tea
· 1 cube Dorot Gardens Ginger
· 1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Stir together and strain. Discard ginger pieces and serve with honey, lemon, and cinnamon if desired.
Garlic Infused Oils
· 8.5 ounces of olive oil
· 4 cubes of Dorot Gardens Garlic
Directions:
Place olive oil and garlic cubes in bottle with air tight lid or cap. Shake vigorously. Allow the garlic to infuse for a few days for full flavor. Serve as a bread dip, in salads, or over pasta. Keep refrigerated. For added flavor add a cube of Dorot Gardens Basil or Cilantro.
