Code Wizards just posted a blog giving kids instructions on how to build their own Halloween Candy Collecting game using the free Scratch platform! It's a block based system and there's text, pictures, and gifs explaining each of the steps and giving lots of opportunity for customization. It's simple to compile and so much fun for kids to create their own game! It's another great encounter with STEM education!
