Jackson Galaxy’s Cat Camp, the acclaimed event for cat lovers of all stripes, reinvented itself as a virtual event this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with tremendous results of over 100k people tuning in to celebrate their love of cats and the cat community. Following up on this success, the next celebration will focus on celebrating a life well-lived, with programming from leading experts guiding viewers through every stage of a cat’s life. The event will bring holiday cheer packed with lively discussions, festive crafts, jolly giveaways, and even an after party with games and fireside chats! The holidays may look a bit different this year for many, but Cat Camp has embraced the opportunity to connect with animal lovers around the world by celebrating together as a community through education, entertainment and empowerment, at no cost to attendees.
With a lifesaving investment by Petco Foundation, a national, nonprofit animal welfare organization working to inspire and lead change for animals across the country, Cat Camp @Home for the Holidays will feature interactive content, both entertaining and educational, that includes making holiday themed cat toys and an outdoor winter shelter for community cats, a cat-themed ugly sweater contest and a fireside chat by a yule log.
