Book Nook: National Geographic Kids - First Big Book of Why and NG Kids Why?

I had a chance to review two new titles from National Geographic Kids Books. In general, my kids have loved their books - they're engaging, entertaining, and educational, so they're excellent choices for kids to read for fun or learning. Right now, with so many activities happening online, these books can help keep kids off screens, and their design makes them good for reluctant readers, while the information they contain is great for people who love to learn.

National Geographic Little Kids First Big Book of Why This book uses a question and answer format, asking (and answering) questions kids are likely to have from an early age - questions about cars, baking, healthcare, and more. It's a great resource for parents who might want a little guidance answering what might be complicated questions in a kid-friendly way. The answers are factual but appropriate for preschool and early elementary readers.

NG Kids Why?:  Over 1,111 Answers to Everything This book is similar to the "First Big Book of Why" but designed for middle to upper elementary readers. With over one thousand questions, it's sure to address things many kids have wondered about bodies, geography, science, and more. It includes serious questions to keep kids informed, as well as a few lighthearted questions that still give good information.

Both of these books are great addition to any family's bookshelf, perfect for instilling a sense of curiosity and love of learning.
