Book Nook: The Night Baafore the First Day of School

Do you have a kid in your life who's just starting school this year? You might be interested in a new book I got to review, The Night Baafore the First Day of School. It's a cute little book about Bo, who tries

counting sheep to fall asleep before the first day of school - except the sheep get into all sorts of chaos! For kids, it'll be a funny book with cute illustrations that can help them take a humorous look at some things that might go wrong, and realize that it's not all that serious after all!

Dawn Young is the author of four picture books, including the Night Baafore series with WorthyKids. She has a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA; she worked for many years for a large aerospace company. Her technical education, background, and experience have inspired her to write STEM stories that teach and entertain. Dawn is an active member of SCBWI and many other children’s writing groups. She lives in Glendale, Arizona.

Pablo Pino grew up watching cartoons, playing football, and drawing a lot. He’s a self-taught illustrator and has illustrated more than forty books. He lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
