Consumer Critique: TickEase Tweezers

Between global warming and the post-pandemic push to move to the suburbs, it is the perfect storm for an uptick in the number of tick-borne illnesses. Lyme is a major concern primarily in the Northeast and was recently dubbed the fastest growing disease in the world but there are a host of other illnesses carried by these critters including 15 others such as Borrelia, Powassan and Alpha-gal Sundrome. You can use TickEase tweezers to follow the CDC tick removal guidelines for quick, easy and safe with tick removal.

I had a chance to try out a pair of TickEase tweezers. They are definitely easier to use to remove ticks than standard tweezers - they're bigger and more comfortable to hold but still allow for precision removal. They also have an end that works great on pets - it's more of a scoop, which made it easier to remove the tick we found on our long-haired dog. If you spend a lot of time outdoors, these would be a good investment!
