Nora Tobin, performance enhancement and executive coach, nutrition specialist and CEO of Nora’s Naturals coffee, shares with us a Muscle Building: Collagen Coffee recipe to keep your skin looking its best this fall

Muscle Building: Collagen Coffee recipe:
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla collagen protein
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut or MCT oil
- ¼ t sp. vanilla
- Honey, stevia or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optionally, you can enjoy this hot or cold!
