Consumer Critique: RAIZE Cookies

I recently had the chance to try out some cookies from RAIZE Bakery. I love cookies, and these were a fun sweet treat to try out.

One nice thing is that the cookies are suitable for a variety of dietary needs. They're gluten-free, keto-friendly, Kosher, and non-GMO. They have no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners or preservatives, and only 1-3 net carbs per cookie.

But the important question is, do they taste good? They definitely do. They are a little big different texture than traditional cookies. They're soft, but slightly drier, so not quite as chewy. They're still sweet, using a blend of stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol, so they do have a little different aftertaste. The blend of almond, hazelnut, and coconut flour gives them a nutty taste too.

I would happily eat these cookies again. They'll be great to have on hand when my daughter's best friend comes over, or any of our other friends who need GF options.

The cookies come in several flavors - two chip, chocolate chip pecan, maple walnut. You can also get them as cookie sandwiches, with cinnamon, coffee, or peanut butter fillings. The cookies are available online, with free shipping for orders over $49.
