WorthyKids just published two year-long devotionals for kids - God’s Word for Me: 365 Daily Devos for Girls and God’s Word for Me: 365 Daily Devos for Boys. Both have a fun VeggieTales theme and are an easy size to store on the shelf. Both are filled with great content.
What I found interesting was that they were separated into boys and girls. There was very little in either one that was directly targeted, other than the covers themselves - and yet, they didn't follow exactly the same days either. The plus side of that is that you could easily use them for family devotions no matter what your family makeup is. Both the one for boys and the one for girls included themes such as strength, joy, integrity, getting along with others, and more.
The devotions are quick reads, so they would make a great bedtime or after meal devotion for even families with young kids who might have short attention span. And with 365 days, you'd have a whole year's worth of devotions!
