A new study found 44% of Americans let small stressors ruin their day and many of the stressors are relatable.
Key findings:
- Utah, Nevada, and Mississippi are most likely to stress over their appearance overall.
- Utah, Maryland, and Nevada stress most about small stains on clothing.
- Nevada, Mississippi, and Iowa stress most about slight weight gain.
- Gen Zers are the most likely generation to stress about small stains on their clothes.
56% of Americans have felt embarrassed about what stresses them out.
