Helathy Habits - States that Stress About Appearance

 When it comes to stress, there are big and little things to worry about. Paying bills is a big one and stains on clothing are a smaller thing.

A new study found 44% of Americans let small stressors ruin their day and many of the stressors are relatable.

Key findings:

  • Utah, Nevada, and Mississippi are most likely to stress over their appearance overall.
  • Utah, Maryland, and Nevada stress most about small stains on clothing.
  • Nevada, Mississippi, and Iowa stress most about slight weight gain.
  • Gen Zers are the most likely generation to stress about small stains on their clothes. 
  • 56% of Americans have felt embarrassed about what stresses them out.
