Now through October 15, The Art on the Ave NYC creative space invites people of all ages to come and celebrate heritage through coloring flowers. In the spirit of the Sacuanjoche flowers (national flower of Nicaragua), people have already been enjoying it in the Creative Spaces studio, Franck de las Mercedes created coloring pages for each country's national flower. The activity is called "The Garden Grows", and it is a well-equipped coloring station for all ages. Passersby can take their creative piece with them.
