 Who doesn’t need more sleep these days? A million things impact important rest time and our partners are one of them.

This new study is uncovering exactly what annoys Americans most about their partner's sleep habits.

Key findings:

  • 1 in 4 say if they could afford separate bedrooms, they'd go for it.
  • Snoring, pulling sheets or covers, and hogging space are the sleeping habits Americans find most annoying.
  • 1 in 5 Americans bicker with their partner about sleep time annoyances at least once a week.
  • 1 in 5 Americans say bedtime annoyances put a strain on their relationship.
  • Gen Xers are most annoyed by their partner’s sleeping habits & women are more likely than men to consider their partners’ habits irritating.
