No-show socks can also be an option. Although they aren't appropriate for every pair of shoes, and sometimes they don't stay put, if you like the feel and find a pair that fits, then they can work well. One challenge is finding socks that are truly no-show - when I've tried, either they do actually show a little bit, or they slip off or get bunched up.
By the way, if you love wearing crocs, with or without croc socks, you should definitely check out some of the different ways to jazz them up a bit. There are some absolutely adorable croc charms out there, handmade and branded. One of my favorite sets are these handmade croc charms you can find on Etsy.
Another reason you should find ways to wear shoes without visible socks? Because ankles can be celebrated too. Often overlooked, ankle bracelets at a subtle touch that isn't always noticeable, but when I do notice ankle bracelets, I always think they look neat. You can find ankle bracelets in any style, from casual to dressy, and ones that fit any personality. I love dragons, and I absolutely love the look of these dragon anklets.
Whatever type of shoes you want to show off with socks - crocks, flats, dressy shoes, or even running shoes - make sure your shoe fits well and stays clean!
