CJ Scarlet, kid safety crusader and the “Badass Grandma,” is building the Heroic Kids Safety Game – a first-of-its-kind game that empowers children 5 to 18 to recognize grooming and danger, and to defend themselves in unsafe situations before harm occurs.
With the help of their animal sidekick, who acts as their inner compass, players are challenged with a variety of scenarios related to:
- Bullying & cyberbullying
- Grooming & online dangers
- Kidnapping & sex trafficking
- Consent and safety in relationships
Every healthy choice the kids make builds mental muscle memories, so when a real danger situation turns up, their body and brain already know what to do. And all in a way that feels engaging, empowering, and SAFE.
Parents have full control over their child's experience in the game through the Parent Portal. The app will lead to crucial conversations and create stronger, closer bonds between parents and their children.
