Mealtime Magic: Easy Skewers

Skewers make a fun way to eat. Simple cut foods into bite-sized pieces and slip onto skewers in alternating order. They're easy to pack in school lunches, too.

Fruit Salad - any pieces of fruit (berries, melons, and pineapple work best to avoid getting brown)
Mild Taco - chicken strips, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, pita/soft tortillas, tomatoes
Chef Salad - cucumbers, bell peppers, ham, cheese
Pizza - pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, bread/pita/bagel
Deli Sandwich - meat, cherry or grape tomatoes, cheese, pita/bagel/bread
Dessert - angel food cake, berries
