Healthy Habits: Healthy Family

Here are some easy tips to help your family stay healthy.


- Sometimes kids mistake thirst and hunger. Offer them water before a snack (and make sure snacks are healthy).
- Eat together. There have been many studies done on the benefits of eating meals together - not just with healthier diets.
- Take your shoes off at the door to help improve indoor air quality.
- Do volunteer activities together (it's been linked to reduced rates of depression and longer life expectancy).
