Time Tidbits: Relaxation

Sure, we'd all love time to have an hour to ourselves everyday, but the reality is that it doesn't often happen. But there are ways to squeeze relaxing moments out of the day.

- Take just an extra minute in the bathroom. Breathe deeply and focus on something that makes you happy.
- If you find yourself eating out of stress, try a handful of berries instead (the vitamin C helps re-balance levels of stress hormone).
