Parenting Pointers: Hershey's Track & Field Birthday Games

I was really excited when I heard about this new initiative from Hershey's - free Track & Field birthday kits! They're being launched to celebrate the 35th year of the HERSHEY’S Track & Field Games. To celebrate the games at home, you can download a free RUN, JUMP, THROW Birthday Party Kit (although they can be used for any time, not just a birthday time). There are a variety of games that require very simple, inexpensive props.

About the HERSHEY’S Track & Field Games
The HERSHEY’S Track & Field Games continues to encourage children and families to participate in fun physical activities to increase their overall wellbeing. To date more than 10 million children (ages 9-14) have participated in this innovative program, advancing through their local and regional meets to qualify to compete in the 2012 North American Final Meet in Hershey, PA.
