Book Nook: Plant-Based Gourmet

 Although I'm not vegetarian, I love trying new foods, so I was happy to review Plant-Based Gourmet. This book had a lot of recipes that pleased the whole family, both our adventurous eaters and our slightly more picky ones. There are 150 recipes, neatly organized by category, with clear instructions and appetizing pictures. I was surprised at how well I could make them not only taste good, but look good too! If you're looking for a new cookbook, especially if you're vegetarian or entertain people who are, this is a good option.
