My older daughter has really been on a healthy eating kick - and I love it. It's gotten us out of our rut and trying new foods instead of always eating the same things. So we were very excited to have the chance to review Easy Meal Prep, nutrition coach and meal prep expert Erin Romeo, the Food Prep Princess (@foodprepprincess on Instagram).
I haven't really done meal prep before, but some people swear by it. What I like is that it doesn't matter what your eating style is - vegetarian, dairy-free, low carb, whatever - it's more of a routine that can be adapted to any nutritional preference.
The advantage of meal prepping is that you don't have to do as much work throughout the week. So you're less likely to grab options that are less healthy, or more expensive, like takeout. The book walks readers through everything needed for meal prep - how to do it quickly, how to plan meals, and recipes that work well for making ahead and eating later.
